How to use WA-CRM Tool for Chat Reminders?

  1. Open the chat for which you want to set a reminder. 💬

  2. Click on the “Three dots” ⋮ and select the "Remind me" option. ⏰

  3. Choose the date & time, and optionally write a Title and description for your reminder. 📝

  4. Confirm and save the reminder for the chat. ✅
